It’s just your typical Tuesday here. The blueberry clan is stuck on a falling-down bridge overtop quicksand.

They were hiking through the oatmeal jungle when they saw what they thought was a “sturdy enough” bridge.

Two berries huddle together, scared and afraid.

There are two brave berries leading the clan, as they’ve just crossed the most dangerous part of the bridge: the evil “I.”

Unfortunately, one did not make it.

As they move forward, the bridge starts to sway and buckle under the pressure of the wind.

And then suddenly – a dust storm travels through.

Will they survive????

What is the most dangerous thing you’ve ever done?
I jumped off a bridge. It took me 20 minutes to actually jump but I did. It was on a camping trip with my family, and all my cousins were doing it. It wasn’t that far down, though at the time it seemed enormous. Now the water isn’t high enough for anyone to jump without hurting themselves.
PS: I think someone once asked if I was to ever publish a cookbook. After “cooking up” this morning’s story (both in my head last night and today), I’ve begun to realize that if I ever publish a cookbook – it will certainly not be traditional. I’m thinking 1) a children’s cookbook or 2) a footnoted recipe book (with backstories). I am actually working on a version of #2 this summer. We’ll see how it goes.
