Loafing Around

6 Nov

I may have fallen in love with a bread product this morning. Again.

It’s no oatmeal, and so – it will never fully capture my breakfast heart – but almost. Almost.

This was close to the perfect morning meal. Cinnamon bread, one sliced banana and crunchy peanut butter. Oh, and I can’t forget the OJ. Talk about belly hugs and smiles.

The lobster placemat was proud to be sporting such a good meal.

Do you have a love affair with bread?

I’m not a huge bread/carbs addict, but I like a good slice. I like my bread hearty, dense and filling. I don’t like fooling around with loaves that won’t feel me up or satisfy an empty belly.

I have to say that I love, love bread. I know it’s sometimes not a popular “love” but I do!! I’ve only recently become enamored with oatmeal!

mmmmmmmmm, bread. I love a real bread. Sliced bread I could take or leave, but a big hunk of fresh bread can’t be beat!

I’m the same way, I LOVE hearty, dense grainy bread. I like TJ’s Wheat Berry Sprouted.

Carbs are the true way to my heart. No warm fuzzy letters and gushy emotions! Just serve me up a hunk of bread with some jam and I’m a happy girl!

I only have a love affair with that particular brann! Cinnamon raisin with almond butter!

I adore bread, especially Ezekiel bread. I eat it every day for breakfast.

Also, the phrase “belly hugs” is the best thing ever and I think I may have to steal it.

Ohmygod, I LOVE bread. I just ate a nice big sandwich. It’s a family thing though, we’re all huge fans of (good) bread. :)

I’m a carbaholic. If you like the Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread, you’ll love the english muffins. Pretty much the same nutritionals, but they are super chewy. I love ‘em.

In my family, bread is more important than dessert. Warm bread is best and artisinal (sourdough boule kind of thing) is preferable to the gummy, dense stuff. Warm bread and butter or quality oil at a restaurant is the best part of the meal.

I have my bread love affair moments, strangely enough when I am training for a marathon :) Other times I can totally skip the bread basket!

I love that bread. I have a love affair with it as well.

I am a total bread addict, it is REALLY bad. More specifically, the butt’s of the bread, which most people could easily pass up. I will fight people for the ends of the bread. I know, odd. :)

I can never get over how pretty your pictures are. Dunno why you haven’t been added to my googlereader by now but i definitely just changed that :)

And did ya know that ezekiel bread is a complete protein! Woooop, so delicious, sweet and comforting. I loooove toasted cinnamon raisin bread, always.

Mmm I love that bread too. Have you tried their cinnamon raisin english muffins? Incredible.

I’m not a carb-aholic either, but sometimes a fresh slice of bread, or just the smell of opening a new loaf is so delicious :)

I enjoy bread as long as it’s good. It can be white or grainy, but it needs to be good. Or slathered in garlic butter. HA!
