Fun casserole – I like the idea of polenta as a crust. Even though I’ve never had polenta.

Fave veg? Not really sure. Maybe carrots or broccoli or cucumber. To look at? Hmmm…well, I did a really wicked rendition of celery back in Art 9, so I’ll go with that

Well, now I feel like an ass for not commenting about your accident. I do feel for you – I’ve been there myself! What makes Mom’s so positive about everything?
Your casserole looks delish! I have to agree that leeks are very pretty – I love how they chop up into delicate rings. My favorite veggie to eat is broccoli – I truly enjoy eating it.
